On payment of the membership fee, clients will become a full member for the term represented by the membership fee paid at the time of subscribing, as set out on the www.findsingletravellers.com website. During the period of membership, members may contact and receive messages from as many other members as they wish. No refunds will be given after confirmation email of payment has been sent to you. However, full or partial refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management if the service you signed up for was misleading or if the website is not accessible for a 72hr period continuously.
6. When a subscriber registers with www.findsingletravellers.com they must provide accurate information about themselves. Any fees paid must be using a credit or debit card which the client is fully entitled to use, and which has sufficient funds available to cover the subscription fee.
7. www.findsingletravellers.com does not accept cash, cheque or money order.
8. Auto re-subscribe is enabled unless you email customer services to ask for this to be removed. To ensure continued service of your membership, we automatically re-subscribe every member unless we are contacted before the end of the membership period to cancel the membership.
9. Profiles can be removed at any time by logging into your account and using the edit/delete profile option. No refunds or credits can be issued on any unused subscription time.
10. The classified ad’s pages are free to search but are regulated by this agreement. Business adverts placed in the private section will be removed and not refunded.
11. www.findsingletravellers.com cannot guarantee the content of the results produced when using our search options nor that any results will be produced at all. Further www.findsingletravellers.com cannot guarantee that a suitable holiday partner can be found for any client.
12. Whilst we encourage members to reply to all messages received we can give no guarantee that the other member/s will do so.
13. www.findsingletravellers.com provides a community where full members may contact and communicate with each other, but does not screen messages between members, and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of members or ensure that any information provided is accurate.
14. The username and password issued to you is personal to you in order to facilitate your use of and access to www.findsingletravellers.com and shall not be disclosed to any third party without www.findsingletravellers.com prior written consent.
15. All email communications sent by www.findsingletravellers.com, www.thewhisperingwarrior.com and attachments thereto are intended only for the addressee and/or others authorized to receive them.
16. www.findsingletravellers.com may generate automatic emails for the purposes of information and / or entertainment. By using www.findsingletravellers.com you agree and accept that you shall receive these messages and that not all messages or Communications which you receive may be genuine.

19. www.findsingletravellers.com reserves the right to terminate membership and to remove or edit material posted on the site. If www.findsingletravellers.com terminates a membership that client may not rejoin without our permission.
20. Members may not use the www.findsingletravellers.com site for any advertising or other commercial purpose, or for the sending of bulk e-mail.
21. www.findsingletravellers.com is entitled to alter the amount of the subscription fees from time to time.
22. Fees paid to www.findsingletravellers.com will not be refunded unless the site is closed down. In the event of the site being closed down a partial refund may be made dependent on the unexpired term of the full membership.
23. Members are responsible for ensuring that no material posted on the site or in messages forwarded via www.findsingletravellers.com infringes the rights of any other person or entity, breaches any laws, or is offensive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, libellous, inflammatory, defamatory, false, unreliable or misleading or could be regarded as propaganda in any form whatsoever, including but not restricted to religious, political or any other.
24. Material posted on the site and messages between members are not monitored by us, so members are requested to contact us and report any material which appears to infringe these terms and conditions.
25. Material found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be withdrawn.
26. www.findsingletravellers.com is not responsible for the accuracy of material posted on the site or communicated in messages between members.
27. www.findsingletravellers.com does not endorse or have any responsibility for other web sites linked to www.findsingletravellers.com
28. Members should exercise caution when appraising accuracy of information provided by other members both on the site and in messages between members using any other method.
29. Use of the www.findsingletravellers.com website is entirely at the client's own risk.
30. Material appearing on the www.findsingletravellers.com website may not be copied or used in any way except by prior permission from www.findsingletravellers.com.

32. www.findsingletravellers.com will not be liable to clients or any third party for any loss or damage to persons or property howsoever caused.
33. Use of the forum on the www.findsingletravellers.com website does not form part of this membership agreement. It is a privilege afforded to members and not a right under this agreement. It may be withdrawn at any time without notice. As use of the forum does not form part of the membership agreement no refund of membership fees in full or in part will be given in the event of said withdrawal.
34. Members using the forum on the www.findsingletravellers.com website must do so sensibly and with due respect for other users. Any member causing disruption or exhibiting behaviour which www.findsingletravellers.com feel in any way causes upset or discomfort to other users will be banned from the chat room facility without recourse to recompense.
35. Customers using the Classified Ad’s section on the www.findsingletravellers.com website must do so sensibly, honestly and with due respect for other users.
36. This agreement may be changed from time to time. If terms and conditions are changed the new agreement will have immediate effect and members will be notified by email at the email address they have supplied in their membership profile.
37. Even in the event that a part of this agreement is held to be invalid the remainder of this agreement will remain valid.
38. In order to improve the service and www.findsingletravellers.com may use a device known as a ‘cookie’. Cookies are a means by which information relating to your Internet activity (such as whether you have visited www.findsingletravellers.com before) is recorded on your hard drive and used by us to improve www.findsingletravellers.com and our services and services available to you.
