My Name is Simon Hamilton and the purpose of building this site was because I wanted to connect single travellers with eachother to make their own travelling much more rewarding.

I also wanted to build a community of travel enthusiasts where we could all learn more about different cultures, different people and share our love of travelling all over the world.

For my part, I have travelled extensively to most regions of the world, with the exception of South America where I plan to travel to sometime in the near future. I have spent years in Asia both for business and pleasure and I also lived in Australia for quite some time travelling throughout the vast country as well as visiting New Zealand and many of the islands down there.

I have a great love of Australia and try to get back as often as I can, lounging around on the east coast beaches, making a fool of myself trying to surf and generally enjoying the chilled out atmosphere the Australians have to life.

I am now living back in the UK and working for myself within the on line marketing community, but spend a lot of time researching more places to visit and planning my next great adventure.
